Brockenhurst Primary School Girls win County Finals, qualifying for the E.S.T.T.A Butterfly National Team Championships.

12 children form our early morning racket sports club won places through to the Hampshire County Table Tennis Finals that took place at Testwood this week. Top honours for today (Friday 4th November) went to Brockenhurst's girls table team, who returned as The Hampshire County Champions.

An extremely competitive competition hung in the balance, with the final result being decided in the very last game with our third seed Molly, winning against a worthy oponent from Purbrook school.

Our two boys teams, both finishing runners up in their first round games, found they were pitched against each other in the third / fourth play-off, which shows the exciting strength in depth we have at Brockenhurst. As recent form has shown during the school tournament, which has kept the player's hands in over the past couple of weeks, the 'A' Team had the upper hand , taking third place.
