Thanks to all who ensured the time-trials were able to take place at Gangwarily during the first half of term. Many benefitted from the opportunity and our teams had the best all round results ever from the recent cross country championships. There is the possibility that the students from Brockenhurst Academy will be able to help us on a Monday lunchtime, which would necessitate moving the Monday forest run, possibly to a Wednesday. I will keep you informed.
Following the successes of both our squads of Sportshall Athletes, the tuesday and Friday early morning clubs will go into hibernation for the forseeable future, to re-emerge with a different focus towards the end of term. The Tuesday club will be replaced in the immediate future with a year 3 & 4 hockey skills club.

School Games Cross Country Report 2012
A squad of 25, some of whom had played an hour of basketball at 7.30 in the morning, left School early on the last day of term with high individual aspirations as well as team dreams for the Cross Country Championships at Gangwarily.
